These high-pressure mixing heads for the production of flexible faced panels or steel faced panels are the result of many years of experience in the sandwich panel industry. We have developed this special concept at the request of numerous clients to enhance mixing efficiency, particularly for PIR production.
Specially designed injectors allow fluids to rotate in opposite directions, increasing mixing energy.
The backward-inclined injectors increase turbulence and improve mixing.
